Brooklyn-born Derrick B. Harden aka Dear Derrick grew up at the intersection of hip-hop culture and New York's vibrant art gallery scene, dreaming of bridging these two worlds. When he met Ghia Zaatari, who brought her creative energy from Beirut's arts and design landscape to NYC, their collaborative spirit sparked something unique.

Onlypopcorn Records is a music label, creative studio, and cultural platform that amplifies Dear Derrick's sounds, while producing art objects, curating immersive events, and dropping distinctive merch—including those iconic gold-plated popcorn earrings. With a playful wink at entertainment culture, Onlypopcorn blends music, art, and design to create experiences that celebrate the intersection of underground music and contemporary art.
